Moving on - the senior practitioner's role in influencing practice in the EYFS
Effective leadership in the Early Years phase is increasingly collegiate with responsibilities shared among a number of senior practitioners and the opportunity to capitalise on individual strengths and talents. Taking on an aspect of leadership often involves an expectation to manage change within the workforce and this can prove exciting but also challenging. This course led by Marion Dowling is for all senior practitioners and EYFS co-ordinators who have responsibility to support colleagues and help to develop their practice.
9.45am - 3.30pm, (Refreshments available from 9.15am for a prompt 9.45am start)
