Audience: All practitioners who have achieved Early Years Professional Status
Age Range: Birth-5 years
The EYPS is expected to equip the practitioner to take a key role in leading and managing change. This course is for those practitioners who have recently taken a senior post in an early years setting or Children's Centre. It will:
re-affirm the important concepts that underpin young children's development and learning;
recognise important tools to use in order to monitor the quality of learning and teaching;
clarify the most effective ways in which an EYP can operate as an agent for change.
