Ofsted Annual Report 2010-2011 announces settings are improving year on year

The Ofsted report identifies some key findings, including the fact that the proportion of providers judged as good or outstanding for overall effectiveness has risen from 68% to 74%. This suggests that those providers have had longer to work within the EYFS and have had more time to embed the principles and themes. Read More

CWDC announce permitted tenders for next phase of EYPS

The first national survey on the role and impact of graduate leaders in the early years sector reveals benefits to practitioners, settings and children has been completed by Wolverhampton University for the Children's Workforce Development Council, as part of a three-year longitudinal study.
